Founded in 2006, the ALIYAS Group has grown into a diversified business group with operations spanning transportation, leasing, financial services, security services, real estate, manufacturing, domestic services, staffing solutions, and leisure activities. The Group began its journey with its flagship companies, Aliyas Bus Rental and Aliyas Land Transport, focusing on the supply of vehicles on long-term lease to construction companies and major infrastructure projects, delivering reliable, efficient, and customized mobility solutions. Building on this strong foundation, the ALIYAS Group expanded into the financial services sector in 2014 with the establishment of Amafh Commercial, operating as a Direct Sales Agent (DSA) in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. In 2018, the Group further strengthened its service portfolio with the launch of Aliyas General Security, providing reliable and professional security solutions.

In 2020, the ALIYAS Group continued its diversification strategy with the launch of Aliyas Real Estate and Aliyas Development, reinforcing its presence in property management and development activities. Expanding into industrial manufacturing, the Group established Aliyas Isolation in 2022, a specialized isolation plates manufacturing company serving the construction and industrial sectors. In 2024, the Group further expanded its workforce solutions portfolio with the launch of Amafh Employment Services, providing professional staffing services to companies, alongside the addition of Inaya Domestic Workers to address the growing demand for household staffing solutions.
